Just say you are working as a freelance of something.... such as translator, designer, coder, hooker, ....etc. I had no issue having an account with TD Ameritrade.

Sorry for bothering you but I have one more request. MotiveWave's VWAP doesn't have an option to display standard deviations which is a common option to other platforms. It's somewhat unexpected. As you know, VWAP is very important tool to day traders. Thanks
