    News/momentum trading of bond futures?

That was a good move. cumulative volume delta showed aggressive buying into the number and got me long. I think we may pull back to 116 1/2 - 3/4 now.

    eurodollar trading period

It sounds like you're looking at ED, eurodollars on LIFFE. All the real volume on eurodollars is GE, eurodollars on CME.

    Coffee futures options question

From what I see, all the ATM options for coffee have markets and my guess is they are quoted by an automated tool so you should have liquidity.

    Coffee futures options question

I'm not familiar with IB, but is the strike listed on their software? If you can see the strike and there's not quote, can you send an electronic request for quote (eRFQ)?

Anybody trades options without any greek letter?

Yes. Options prices go up and down. Just like futures prices, just like stock prices. Greeks certainly add flavor and can help with valuation and risk measures, but you're buying and selling an instrument. Buy low, sell high. Greeks are not necessary, jut a tool. Same as fair value, cost...

    Anyone trade Eurodollars?

I agree, trading eurocurrency (6e) is a great trade and I'm in there as well. My post was referring to eurodollar (GE).

    Anyone trade Eurodollars?

Eurodollar trading is all about following the volume and arbing between spreads, packs, bundles, strips to the outrights using the implied markets. Get yourself a good fixed DOM order entry platform and a good spreader. Watch the flows and know when to get out. Trade size. You'll kill...

    Best choices for FX options?

You can get volume done. You're certainly not going to attain an edge when doing so, but when you bid / offer decent size, it will cross.

    Best choices for FX options?

Look at the net change of those contracts...think about the leverage you can use when employing options on futures. they're a derivative of a derivative. position trading these things can do you very well.

    Starting A Trading Room

I don't like the term 'Arcade' and is sounds like your' sitting around playing pinball machines and video games. Setting up trading floors / offices for groups of traders is not too difficult but there are varying levels of sophistication to these set-ups.

    Currency Options

IMM (CME) currency options are liquid. 6e options have some good action but we could use some more payers in there

Most traders should avoid FX, options, futures

I disagree with the notion that currency futures are the most difficult to swing trade. Technical analysis is a huge tool for FX traders...from bank dealers down through retail traders. Learn the trade and you can do fine.

    evening trading pairs...

Attached is a chart for the euro currency futures and it includes volume on hourly bars. The difference in volume between in Tokyo hours and London hours is very significant. The banks use futures to lay pff some risk so this is an excellent barometer for 24 hr cash fx as well. The black...

    evening trading pairs...

I'd recommend trading before going work (5-8) while Europe is still in session. The Asian trading hours are horrible with less liquidity and limited movement. When the markets do move in Asian trading hours, it'll move alot but you can go for hours will ten pip ranges.

    ES Covered Call Question

I would let the calls expire, take the assignment and end up flat. On Saturday, you will be assigned two short positions in the June ES from a price of 800. This will match against your two long June ES positions from 750. You could roll out of the two short april 800 calls, but that...
