Same for me. Everything was fine today. Its an intermittently problem. Probably thats the reason why they can't fix it. Yesterday I had this problem on a machine with Windows 2000 Pro and TWS standalone 784.8 . I also have this occasionally on my office PC where I run TWS web version.

It is a bug, but its not new. I can select "Change" and "Change %" from the layout manager, but both columns show exactly the same on my screen. Whenever I click on one of these two column headers both columns toogle between $change and %change, but both show the same. No way to toggle just one...

Either you put the paper in a secure place or even better you just hide it among your other "normal" stuff. You could split a password over several sheets of paper or you could convert alpha numerics to ascii code and then split it and hide the numbers in an Excel spreadsheet among unimportant...

I write my passwords on the bottom side of my mouse. I change my mouse periodically so I think I am pretty secure. Kidding aside. I work in the IT business and for the last decade I always had to manage 10-20 different system accounts at work. We are forced to change our passwords...

Everyone who has problems with TWS behind a firewall should make sure he is using the web version via MS Internet Explorer. I don't know why, but I can't connect with TWS standalone nor TWS web version with Netscape Navigator. However I am able to use TWS web version with the Internet...
