You kind of seem to be talking from the heart. Have you done the round of all the religions out there, and finally came to the conclusion that "Basic values" in ACTIONS not just words of decency, honesty, respect etc... are best in the long term? If so, you have to be admired. :)...

Very instructive. I will of course take 2 years of self study of this ideology - "hinduism"- before any practical steps. Always better to be well informed before investing life into a system to which none of my parents/nor ancestors ever had contact with!!! I am curious: are you an hindu...
