Yea, that's interesting Doug... I'll have to take a look at doing it that way. Did anyone trade NTRI at the end of the day yesterday. It was just hitting FRV at close and showed a signal to buy, I however didn't trade it. Wish I had.

Ummm... I made a mistake :) I had wanted to set the trailing stop at 2%.

That 2% stop has been killing me lately so I tried something different with TIE. I set a .40 tailing stop. Stopped out real quick but with a small profit. I'm also in RATE right now with the same strategy.

I've had FORD on my list of stocks in DU for the last 3 days, however it has not produced a signal to buy until today.

I entered FORD today also, I jumped the gun a little bit though and entered at 9:44, 200 @ 24.60

I calculated it out and I would have saved $90.50 - you're right, I'm going to look at MB Trading!

It must depend quite a bit on when you run the DU scan. I ran mine last night around 11:00 and produced the following stocks... FORD JMDT KNDL LIFC NGPS NTRI TRGL VIVO The same as what yharmon mentioned that he had gotten.

yharmon, those are exactly the same stocks that I came up with so at least we are consistent.

Spydertrader, could you elaborate on your entry technique any? The MACD, STOCH, Price Increase and volume are all well documented, however you've made mention of switching to a 5 minute chart to help determine entry. How does the 5 minute chart help you? Do you jump in right at the moment...

I like clearstation since it seems to have everything (Avg Volume, Float, EPS) there on one page. The only problem is the Avg Volume is 22 trading days instead of 65. However that has not seemed to make much of a difference so far.

Just got out of VDSI at $10.12 after entering yesterday at $9.15. Made my 10% + and exited. Stock continues to go higher though, wonder if I should have held on for more? Still paper trading right now.
