Briefing are the ones who pumped UGHO last September. Took off like a rocket the moment they mentioned it.

Seems to me I read that market makers "in the legitimate course of their market making duties" are exempt from reg SHO. That would leave only deep pockets shorting ALTI. I'd rather be long against retail shorts myself.
