I agree with gold being a fine choice. Start with the mini, 1 contract. Then after a month of profitable trading you can earn your right to move up to 2 lots. But this should be all specified in a trading plan, you do have a trading plan right? If not stop trading take a week and make one.

Good question I am trying to find out becuase Germanyu has always downplayed the bank levy and been all for the ftt, but maybe they changed their mind.
