I trade YM but never trade against a fourth wave down, usually trade with it if CCI shows hook from extreme. Works every time like today. Bought 9930 AND took retrace to S1.

YM exclusively for me, best trade I've found in 35 years of this.

You might try a platform from a futures firm, I've found them to be very good but I have only tried a few.

Pivots more accurate for me if I use previous day's high and low, and today's open twice, all divided by 4. Handles gaps pretty well. Learned this approach at Woodie's

I tried stocks for a few years, then moved to YM and EC and never regretted it. Accounting for all stock trades is a complete nuisance, imho, futures just so easy to trade.

I trade the Russell and the mini Dow. It has become a favorite at Woodies club. Love the volatility. When I trade them with CCI indicators, 200 + and 200 - produce pretty good signals for me, especially with advanced GET things on esignal.

Just do something competitive, such as sports, or whatever suits you, because trading is just competition.
