There was a thread not too long ago, where the new pricing sttructure for Trade-Ideas was discussed. I could have sworn there was a price break for the annual plan if you are an existing customer. Can someone give me a link to that thread? I couldn't find it.

You guys are paranoid. They are not frontrunning. I think they're either going to charge in the future, or they're trying to promote their firm.

I think the trade over $5 must have been a bad tick, or an erroneous trade. I couldn't find it in time & sales.

Not sure if I was at my computer at 10:30. But somedays it seems like I hear talking all day long, and they announce every news story, no matter how meaningless...and some days, I don't hear them at all. I'm just trying to figure out whether it's on my end, or theirs.

There is a way to turn this feature off. When they set me up they told me how to do this. I can't remember what exactly you need to change, but there definitely is an option to ignore login/logouts.

IB now has some scrolling text on their website. I clicked on their 2006 Traders' Calendar, and it may have screwed up my computer (temporarily.) It started acting funny, and I couldn't access the internet until I restarted it. It could have been something else, but I just thought I'd tell...

I noticed that more people are logged in lately...has anyone else had problems with inconsistency of the service? For example, today I didn't hear anything at all. So far I like NTKN a lot more.

FYI there are many brokers and quote providers that will display odd lot orders in their level 2 boxes. Normally you have the option whether to display these.

I'm watching PGNX this morning, and there are serious BTRD bids. This is before 8AM EST, so I don't think they're firm quotes. Which makes me wonder, do traders put in fake bids in the premarket, with the idea of suckering other traders into buhing through other ecns? Seems like a pretty good scam.

Does the quality of RAM differ from one shop to another? I found a website kahlon.com, which seems to be much cheaper than crucial.com.
