    Prop firms in Holland/Amsterdam

Hi Bertdeboer, I’m successfully trading index-options and want to expand my trading. I have a full-time job and I’m thinking about to go pro and be a full-time trader. Expanding to futures and/or stocks but this also depends on the possibilities. Best Regards, FT79

Newbie: ZB, ZN, ZF & ZT Regular Trading Hours?

I live in Europe and can only trade from 01:00 EST till the end. To be honest, risk is an important factor for me. I have traded the ES but currently trade the ZB/ZN. I can increase my size without increasing the risk and have the possibility to scale in and scale out of my position. I would...

Newbie: ZB, ZN, ZF & ZT Regular Trading Hours?

Hi Suburbantrdr, Why aren't they trading during the US session? Don't they need some kind of liquidity and activity when trading. I would rather trade during the US session because you can easily increase your size. Thanks, FT79

Anybody else short US 30 Bond

Hi Surdo, if there are no auctions, what kind of Activity&Volume can I expect. Is it better to focus around auction periods or are the ZB, ZN, ZF also tradeable if there are no auctions held? Thanks, FT79

Anybody else short US 30 Bond

Hi Surdo, Do you think it's possible to be profitable trading the ZB (or ZN, ZF) in the afternoon because of the lower Activity & Volume? Also if you compare it with ES. Thanks, FT79 PS. Sorry for that Z-thingy :D

Anybody else short US 30 Bond

Hi Surdo, I'm from Europe so trading the afternoon session is the only option for me. And Surdo, trust me, I know there are no short cuts with trading (it always costs you money and learned that the hard way :D ). Currently very successful trading Index options in Europe and want to expand my...

Anybody else short US 30 Bond

Hi, I'm from Europe and familar with the RTH of ES, NQ, etc (RTH is when the cash is open) but what are the RTH of the Interest Rate Products? You can use the Open Outcry hours (07:20 till 02:00 CT) but before 07:20 you have a lot of volume & activity. I'm thinking of using the Bund hours for...

why daytrade 30 year over 10 year?...seems to offer nothing

Imo it depends on your trading strategy. If you're scalping, market making kind of strategy I would pick ZN (higher volume, lower range). If you're daytrading, swingtrading I would pick ZB. But why not trade them both?? They aren't moving like ES or ER2.
