Please name a state with 5% property tax rate. The problem with the property & other taxes I pay is that the State & Municipalities aren't doing as much maintenance. I think the Cali gas taxes have been siphoned off to the General Fund... I suspect Landis82 may have the answer to that one.

What I have observed: two sets of groceries. The first is cheese, milk, cereal & baby formula - this is the WIC batch... The second set is Corona Cerveza, Chicarones, etc. The female-WIC, male-liquor payment system is the same.

I've done that. You get a $15 off coupon, but its no good unless article are over $100 & everything on the rack is priced at $99. F-that bullshit. The other thing that pisses me off is you get a coupon for $xx if you buy over $30, but its dated to start next month... Fresh & Sleezy did that in...

Not being smug, self-critical actually... you missed my point. I remember when I opened my biz in the 1980's... i upgraded from a 20 KB hard drive to 40 KB hard drive... I thought "better to spend the extra money now & never have to upgrade" :p 5 years is a long time in Techland.

I would strike some of those words, particularly gov't. :D I would add thrift frugality saving ... We have a nice piece of land & used to have a small garden.... If anyone has ever grown any vegetables at home.... you would be amazed at how much food a small garden produces, and...
