I am 100% sure. Then I checked with CQG for good measure and they indeed confirmed. Real time data is unfiltered. The post processing they refer to in their reference guide is for historical data.

I think clarification is in order here. I am quite sure this direct quote related to CQG IC (Integrated Client) which is their desktop platform. Meaning, the post processing of data is occurring client side and not server side. So the CQG data feed consumed by many third party applications...

A few friendly comments: Continuum/CQG should be wrapped together, they are one of the same. NinjaTrader does not support futures through TD Ameritrade, thus should be removed from the list. Vision Financial Markets no longer exists and should be removed from the list.

NinjaTrader is free for charting, automated strategy development and trade simulation. To trade with a funded brokerage account you muse purchase a license. One exception is that NinjaTrader Brokerage does offer a free version with a funded account.
