Go to "Trade" menu, drop down to "Trade Activity Log", and you will have 4 very detailed reports to choose from. You could see MAE, MFE, and whole lot of other statistics. Schaefer

Yes, you could get historical data straight from them. You just have to subscribe the package, that includes the data plan. The built in chart trader is quite nice, you'll like it. Schaefer

Yes, you can do that with Sierra charts. You could also trade in simulation mode, while it is being played back. You could also adjust, most any speed you'd like for the play back. You could also play back only one chart window, or the entire work book. I love Sierra Charts :) Schaefer

All of the above advises are good, IF you are a short term trader (ie: 5 min or less time frame). But if you're an intraday swinger (ie: 15 minutes, or more time frame charts) using limit orders, then it shouldn't affect you that much. Schaefer
