If you keep in mind that the RTH session equals the SPX trading hours that's not a bad idea. If using strictly 24/7 continuous charts one may miss some interesting things. IMHO, of course.

Cash is king. Weekly RTH session Open = 3653,75 on ES. That's where we bottomed out yesterday.

Then you let it go or enter on the next retrace. Gap and go are rare on Globex, IMO. RTH gaps are a different matter.

Oh, I'm talking about OVERNIGHT, pal! :) Opening up in 7 minutes. ES is coming into a possible support zone here, i.e., 3750 and last week's high, but NQ's hourly is in the middle of nowhere. Looking good for a short, but need to see what it looks like on the open.

Inside Day and back to last week's high now. That breakout lost momentum. The last few times we had an Inside Day with a lower close we went lower the next day. I had pretty much decided that my trading week was over, but I'm tempted to short this when Globex opens. Not going to be greedy...

Maybe I should re-consider trailing stops. LOL. Am I the only one using them?

For sure. I think I already said so earlier this week. How big of a role it plays can be discussed of course, but one can't rule it out. Right. :)

Interesting. If I had your cojones, I'd probably be looking to fade here. At this point, I see a drop and a pop equally likely. Risky both ways, IMO. If we take out 3805, who knows where it will stop, though. It could be a ripper.

Target on that one? The market looks like it wants to go higher, but we're a bit overdone here. I wonder if there truly is any more upside potential than say 3805 today. Higher time frames looks ripe to break higher if we go above 3805, though.

I feel safe and protected here. I don't think we'll see a close below 3750 today unless there's any news. May churn for a while before anything happens, though. But the market does want to go higher today.

I'm long from 72.50. Will stop out around 60 if wrong. Should get that 82 pop, but I may be a bit early. Will probably add one contract when we pop. I can feel myself getting greedy, but should probably be content with 82.
