    100 shares / fee > exceeding 1$....

Yes, I do see third party fees listed, but I didn't see anything on the June statement, but will look closely when the July statement is ready. It is a bit troublesome because the actual fees that I show above are much lower than what it suggests as minimum per order. But if its not listed...

    100 shares / fee > exceeding 1$....

Good question. June was the first month I started trading these ETFs after only trading the micro futures before. Looking at my June statement, I don't see anything other than the commissions column and also data fees. But I should look into this more as I do remember reading something about...

    100 shares / fee > exceeding 1$....

This is from IB. On fixed rate, here were my fees for anything from 25 shares to 50. Always $1 or slightly higher. When I switched just 2 days later to tiered pricing, here is what I ended up paying. Note that sometimes a 100 share lot was 37 cents, about the same price as only 25 shares...

Is the June US Jobs Report Hiding The True State of the Economy?

This chart from the video really caught my eye. The discrepancy between these two ways of "calculating" the employment rate cannot be ignored. Its almost like they are hell bent on raising rates a bit more. Perhaps they need to be at a higher rate so that when all goes to hell, they actually...

    Crypto Macro Trends for 2022

Ok, got through the video. Great to kind of have people on both sides of the debate, even if they are all pro bitcoin. What I found interesting was that Scott and Simon both have millions of dollars now in limbo. So here you have 2 supposed experts in this space who got screwed. I even...

    TWTR at $49.64 ----buyout at $54.20 ----- Easy 9% ?

I have been reading about a different scenario. If the board chooses to sue Musk and it ends up in court, there is apparently some rule about gathering information in the discovery phase of a trial. This would force the board to divulge all the info on algos and associated metrics. Its...

They are somewhat different, but not by much. Both form a range after an up move. Perhaps with the KLN you can say the sideways action was already more extended, and especially after the top was in, whereas for DEF the top is much more recent, but given the 3900 level is also right there...

    Is trading easy?

Yes, exactly right. I used to trade the micro futures and have since switched to a leveraged ETF like SQQQ for the NQ proxy. This way, with 25 or 50 shares, I am essentially trading about 1/5 or lower the leverage of the NQ. So a 10 point move, which we know is nothing, would be $20 with MNQ...

    Is trading easy?

I think when it comes to these simple chart patterns, the secret is knowing when to take them and when to skip over. I think the trader who has thousands of hours of screen time is looking for other subtle information the market is giving in order to ascertain if the setup is ideal or not...

    Is trading easy?

Well, it of course all looks easy in hindsight, but there is nothing wrong with having your setups prepared after all. The thing though is that according to the link, the entry here would be after the break of the range. So if I'm reading it right, it would be at G, once it breaks above the...

    Is trading easy?

Trust me, I do a lot of self analysis and reflection. I'm struggling to figure out why I'm still struggling. I have done so much analysis on this, and am pretty good with even explaining almost every single little move. I have years of charts marked up with a ton of notes. Sometimes it seems...

    Is trading easy?

Gotcha, so you had 2 entries then? The one at B like you say after it broke above, and then tried again like I mark at F? Really good trading! Can you show me some trades that don't work? LOL.... (I'd love to see a whole week of trades, to see how it all comes together)

    Is trading easy?

I agree 1000%. The sad thing is that many of my trades are good if I took them right when I want to, but I have strong hesitation often, and by then the best entry is gone. And of course if you chase with a tight stop, it ends up being a losing trade far too often. I always thought to myself...

    Is trading easy?

Exactly right. I think if I had a 70% win rate like you on a very nice R:R of at least 1:2 or better then I probably wouldn't be so scared, but its not nearly this good.

    Is trading easy?

For today I was only able to trade the first hour and then had to nap before work. With my schedule, I often only have the first hour or two, so I have to make the most of it without being able to wait for the perfect entry that might not happen for hours. Yesterday I was home all day so had...

    uh oh...

We have just witnessed funds frozen at Celcius, Voyager, Vauld, and I can't even remember where else. Its of course pretty shitty that people who thought they owned these coins can't get them out. Lets now discuss CBDC's though. Its not going to be a crypto project where your coins are yours...

    Is trading easy?

But honestly though, its just a range after a retracement in an uptrend. These things can just as easily turn down. I think most successful traders have a little more to rely on, more things they are looking at and seeing where the confluence is where they all line up.

If you did enter at F like I suspect, its interesting how similar of a setup it was to the previous chart we discussed. Both are in a range, and both happen after a double bottom.

    Vauld collapses (and lied)

It was actually interesting how he almost gave bitcoin a thumbs up!
