news is late. once the fundamental data changes the technicals change. it may be public information.......any number of business heads small and big know their market has got better. though they may not buy shares that information may be communicated to those who do.....relations friends...

very intuitive point. technicals may change in an instant. but fundamentals usually take a lot longer to change. also how many people have access to timely fundamental data? and how many people know how to interpret fundamental data? price is available immediately in real time so it is just...
