Very good point. But the OP is adamant that he knows what he is doing, he just is self destructive. But it certainly is a very valid question that ONLY the OP can truly know. And if he isn't honest with himself then he may never break the cycle he is in.

Honestly, I don't even know. I do not suffer from the same issues so I haven't needed to go that route. Maybe try starting a thread in the hook-up section. I believe there are many programmers that frequent this board. I think one goes by "rosy" or along those lines.

If your method is good then....JUST FOLLOW YOUR METHOD!! Why is that so hard? It really should not be. The hardest part is finding something that works consistently. Once you have that, just make the trades that YOUR METHOD CALLS FOR....and nothing more.
