He may have changed his mind after he met Ali, which he did. I'm 6'2 and in good condition and once saw him outside a restaurant in Manhattan and Ali at 6'3 looked like he belonged to a different species. He appeared massive.

Started and ended my sets yesterday with a slow negative rep. Felt a nice burn and going to continue with this. I just use weight work as a component of overall conditioning program so am not interested in eeking one more centimeter out of my triceps.

Day trading only, no over night holds. Strictly trade from my tri time frame tick charts with defined signals and rules. I have three MA's which help with slope geography and signal areas along with a momentum oscillator which gives me momentum dynamics across my time frames and figure into my...

Quite a few of us have had "luck" for a number of years, I hope it doesn't run out. Of course we spent years developing luck before it appeared on the scene. But that's how a lot of luck is, it sneaks up on the dedicated and diligent.

You do learn to fight, and all things being equal it's better to have skills than not. The point was, if you want to be a competition fighter, you have to train specifically toward that. Most don't train to get into a ring or octagon.

The problem with someone that big, strong and athletic is you could land your best kick or punch and if that results in a smile, you've got a problem.

Also, I have trained and sparred with a number of people of various disciplines through the years and have found that unless someone is on a professional track, the skill level (kung fu) is more typically inversely proportional to the propensity to want to actually fight. Most of the crap you...

Winning a fight comes down to either a superior skill set or a matter of size or strength. I have a lot of respect for muay thai but no muay thai champion wants to fight an NFL lineman. And yes, there is a lot of woo woo within a lot of Chinese styles.
