    Baron's Crypto Trading Journal

That's possible. It's also 100 % possible that Bitcoin and other cryptos will never get back to ATHs. Nobody really knows. Well, seeing how you've been bullish all the time, you've lacked the timing aspect. With that perspective isn't it possible you simply was lucky and got in early...

    Baron's Crypto Trading Journal

That was PRECISELY my point. How did you miss that? Crypto (BTC) was supposed to be a hedge against inflation and central banks, but it failed massively to do so in real life. You're just repeating what I said like I didn't say it. The point you seemed to miss was that crypto (BTC) wasn't...

Virtusa is the real deal. I don't think a successful trader needs to post proof of his successful trades online. For what purpose really? I know a few others here who keep a low profile, but have done very well. He doesn't seem to sugar-coat his posts, though. No doubt stirring up negative...

    Order Flow Trading In 2022

Exactly. This is why volume or at least order flow on index futures never made any sense to me. Just by arbitrage a sell order on the ES futures might be offset by a buy order on SPY or a basket of S&P500 stocks. So, did that sell order/volume on ES mean anything? Likely not. Maybe it can...

    ES Journal - 2021/2022

The market have had ample opportunity for a push above 4040, but have failed repeatedly. ES not even able to fill the gap from Wednesday on that initial thrust and NQ leading lower. Looks like a pullback to 4K to me. Now, watch us rally. LOL. :)

For what it's worth - the last three Fridays following Thanksgiving have been fairly weak with the main move being down.

4050 print before Thanksgiving dinner, yes?

    Weak Thanksgiving dips. :)

    ES Journal - 2021/2022

They got me. Thought I was out of harms way. Some long bars today. Not quite smooth sailing, although it is going higher. Almost at last week's high for today's HOD. I'm sure we'll see another attempt by end of day. If successful, I don't see why we can't print 4050/60 by the Close.

Interesting. Thanks. I missed that one.

    ES Journal - 2021/2022

What the hell was that, though? Some kind of unusual action if there wasn't news. I trailed my sell stop and managed to stay in the trade, but will trail myself out of my current long at 4018. Profit target at 42. Off to do something else for a while. (I know I didn't post the trade, so...

I have my eyes set on 4050 if this turns into a trend day higher. There's an open gap at 4067. It could happen.

    ES Journal - 2021/2022

Looks good for the long side if we can take out yesterday's high here and stay above it.

    ES Journal - 2021/2022

I feel good about the long side as long as we hold up fairly well above 4K. Let's see if the pace picks up on the RTH Open shortly.

I don't think I belong to the camp that's anticipating a big end of year rally, but I think this intermediate leg have enough juice to take us to at least 4050/60 (as soon as today) before possibly reversing. But I've been wrong a lot lately, so pay no heed to my ramblings.

    ES Journal - 2021/2022

Hard to tell. My historical DB says a (big) drop is perfectly possible, but there's a bias towards the long side. Just going to wait and see now. 4K for a long seems like a bargain for me, but not going to pick a falling knife if that's the outcome.

Looks like that problem took care of itself. I'm flat here. Looking to re-enter long post-release.

    ES Journal - 2021/2022

I have a long breakeven entry from 11.50. I'm wondering if it's safe to hold through the jobless claims coming up. A bit scared after those prior CPI releases, but those jobless claims seems to be less dramatic recently.

    ES Journal - 2021/2022

Historically, yesterday's play sets up continuation higher if yesterday's high holds. If not, yesterday's rally can easily reverse and head (way) lower. So, that's what I will be paying attention to. Since it's a holiday week among other factors I'm leaning long, but I won't marry that view...

    ES Journal - 2021/2022

This 50 level have been a good demand level recently, so looking to see if it can hold up once more. If not, it looks like the next 50 points are to the down side.
