Nothing is ever certain. While it's true they've been buying opportunities, there's been plenty of deep corrections over the last 10 years. They same was true in Japan in the 80s. But sure. This is a bull market and it is rigged to the upside. No denying that.

Well, there was recently the comeback of a perma-bull who admitted a recent major loss. Might have been in March. And the largest move today was down. Still. This is a bull market for now.

Well, to be fair, I think the big picture and macro view is far more interesting than the daily oscillations. And there's plenty of people who have that as their main concern and considers daily movement noise. But sure - for day traders only the present day is what matters. Likewise.

I think my point went over your head as I wasn't talking about today's day trading session, but the big picture and where this market is headed moving forward, i.e., a crazy bull market printing daily all time highs while the economy is down the drain. I've been mostly bullish in this journal...

LOL. No, seriously. Would be fun to hear what he's been up to. I believe some people were genuinely worried for him. He did after all disappear when the market went into free fall. I hope he did well and stayed out of trouble.

Interesting, @wave. I'm sure he's not the only one and similar things could been said about many members on this board. I just can't see how this is anything but a big bubble, but I'm certainly not fighting it and try to keep my trading 100 % neutral and technical.

I try to keep an open mind, but it's hard to see a downtrend of any magnitude at this point - as long as the conditions which are driving this market still remains in effect. Maybe the US election can shake things up, but even a Biden win does not seem to be a certain death blow to the market...
