I misspoke (mistyped I mean). Was referring to the burger joint which you said was just ok. Haven't been myself but was hoping to at some point just to see what all the fuss is about.

Have you been to BareBurger? I've been there once and had the wild boar burger which was good but haven't tried their beef burger. A couple friends of mine go there all the time.

Was just at 5 Napkin two nights ago on 14th (East side). Burger was pretty good, haven't tried the sushi yet. Although I'm suspect of a burger place that also serves sushi :D

They are good but too small IMO. I still haven't tried shake shack which people rave about. Or burger bar, which is rated one of the best if not thee best burger place in NYC

I can understand that (free lobster), and as far as the Palm I only went once but when you are paying $50 for a steak, one bad one is enough to not go back, especially given the abundance of great steakhouses here in Manhattan. Went to a place called Empire Steak House last week with a fellow...

My steak at the Palm was soggy....where is that nice deep seared outer layer? The Palm is overated IMO, I guess just surviving on tradition or something.
