    Cissus quadrangularis

I have never run over 12 miles and these days, in my sixties, rarely go over 6. I get a EKG yearly and periodic ultra's and stress tests. My heart is healthy. My joints are stable and non-arthritic, I have no medical issues and take no prescription drugs. I suppose I have defied death according...

    Cissus quadrangularis

Running has given me joy and health for decades (remember the experiment of one thing?). There are many studies and subsequent FDA approval of drugs which have poisoned and killed many. Life is a risk, we all have to walk our own path.

    Cissus quadrangularis

The Pharm/Medical establishment has little incentive to fund studies on natural substances. Anecdotal evidence is often what what we are left with. There used to be a cardiologist and philosopher by the name of George Sheehan who wrote for Runners World Mag. He used to say "We are all an...

Anyone using ATR for trade decisions for NQ

I am a day trader, I get stopped out a lot. But on the NQ, my R/R is roughly 2-1 so I don't concern about the losers.

Anyone using ATR for trade decisions for NQ

I have three timeframes, the smallest of which usually provides the entry and stop. I am a singles hitter and don't risk more than 7 ticks on the ES or 12 on the NQ. If I can't get in a trade where I want, I wait for the next bus.

I'm with Zela on the stops issue. I place it below/above entry pivot as it represents most recent S/R. If it fails, I no longer want to be in the trade. I have no way of knowing future volatility but I do know where support and resistance is.

    Sim VS. Real Money trading

Sim is useful for forward testing a strategy and developing the confidence to trade it. If you can't show "profitability" in sim then you certainly won't live. But as alluded to, the difference is the emotional divide and the ability to replicate the results live is what separates the traders...

A given but he asked a hypothetical question, not whether HE could do it or whether it is possible. In any event the question is too vague.
