    Predicting is ***Unavoidable***

OK. We know you're a wanker. And we know you don't understand statistics, probability or their application to trading - so we know you are wrong. But given your 3 hour posting history and the strong opinions you've smeared across the board ... which of the old wankers are you?

    Predicting is ***Unavoidable***

Personal abuse ... LOL ... "Ok lets explain this like you are 5 years old". You wanker.

    Predicting is ***Unavoidable***

OK. Let me explain this like you were a halfwit. Its not a coin halfwit.

    Predicting is ***Unavoidable***

No. The next trade doesn't matter. If you don't predict that the probabilities apply to the series of trades you will take from this point on then you don't trade. Imagine what would happen if the probabilities were no longer 2:1 but dropped to 0.8:1 Predicting is ***Unavoidable***

    Predicting is ***Unavoidable***

swingfade ... you missed my earlier post sadly. To trade probabilities you must predict that they will continue to apply in the future. Predicting is ***Unavoidable***

    Predicting is ***Unavoidable***

Interestingly your conclusions are not reality based. You should conclude: - the market HAS been rising - if the rise meets criteria X (your criteria for age and likelihood of continuation) then its likely to continue rising - thus, I, the great KPCurrency, conclude that its worth entering...

Your going to hate this brutal post

No v77 he, she or it is just a fake. We seem to have a few new pretenders floating around at present.

    Predicting is ***Unavoidable***

LOL ... it could have been predicted when Jack turned up for the second post that this thread would unavoidably become a shit-fight. Entertainment rules !!! Predicting is ***Unavoidable*** :) ------------------- The things people believe in are usually just what they instinctively...

Yes, you're totally predictable, unavoidably a wanker.

    Mortgage market in collapse

LOL. That is so funny. In the first few months of 2000 I talked to my family members about stop losses. I talked to friends buying Cisco at 80+ about stop losses (that was after the split). I talked to a guy on a plane who was an investment manager for one of the three wealthiest...

Your going to hate this brutal post

You may well not understand the difference between a gambler and a professional in statistical games. Or you may just be shit stirring. Who cares :)

Is it me, or are there more pychologically deprived posters on ET

Which creates a huge difference in maturity between you and your correspondent. And Austin, as often as I agree with you, on this occasion you are wrong. :)

    Black Week (Mar 5 - 9)

If one is a trader, attachment to a position is a cardinal sin. The market is not about valuation but about perceived valuation. People. :)

    Why do you read ET?

Its entertainment. If you were starting off you could learn a little here as well. And, helping the odd humble questioner is how many pay the price for their entertainment. Of course, laughing at the more arrogant newbies and the arrogant frauds is the other side of that small pleasure...

    Mortgage market in collapse

Sooner or later. 2007, 2008, 2009 ... later ... but when it does we'll know who the traders are and who the investors are - life will be very interesting.

    Predicting is ***Unavoidable***

Jeez this is hard. If you don't believe that the "bounce off the trendline" or the "break through the trendline" has a higher probability of profitable continuation than the opposite move then you wouldn't take the sodding trade. How hard is this. You take it because you PREDICT...
