COIN as a buy and hold?

I'm wrong lots. I'm not wrong long.

Can you beat someone who religiously buy and hold bitcoin from inception with trading?

On this I agree 100%. You bought a piece of paper that has a value set by an auction market, not unlike baseball cards. I haven't seen the piece of paper in years, the broker has it and as far as I know he doesn't actually have physical paper. For a fee I can get one printed up and they are...

    Can anyone teach me trading?

A good mentor will point you in the right direction. Maybe save you some time and money in your learning experience.

Thanks John. That's close to what I thought. It's not like having your credit card compromised. Charges can't be reversed. It can't be replaced if lost. If a hacker manages to get access, you're hooped. It seems to me it's more a commodity than a currency. Supply and demand determine the...

who are we playing against as retail traders?

L&S and I don't agree on much but when you are scalping you're just trading noise. Now I have a question for you. Why are you so adamant that scalping is the answer. By the sound of it, scalping hasn't worked for you. Aside from the gurus on YouTube selling you a system do you know any...

So what happens if your ledger is lost, stolen, or damaged? What if you forget your seed phrase or some on finds where you wrote it down. If and it's a big if someone were to compromise the ledger, who do you report it to? I've had a phishing scam where the person wanted me to pay in bitcoin...

I swing trade equities. I have a rule that I never hold a loser in my portfolio.

That doesn't seem to be something one would want to buy and hold. it's also the reason it doesn't make sense as a currency. If you make a transaction worth a hundred dollars and a month from now you have no idea what the value of your coin will be. I take it a ledger is some kind of hardware...

Can you beat someone who religiously buy and hold bitcoin from inception with trading?

If you say so. I personally can't stomach the huge swings. Especially with something I don't understand. I don't know how to value a currency (isn't that what bitcoin is supposed to be) that can swing 10% in value in a few hours. I'm not comfortable with a digital currency that moves...

Can you beat someone who religiously buy and hold bitcoin from inception with trading?

Hey John. Sorry to keep you waiting but I see no reason to take a position right now. Lets see how low it goes, then buy on the way back up. If it ever goes back up. I'm sure it will but let's wait till it makes a bottom first. From my point of view there isn't a great deal of downside to being...

As a trader you follow the trend. When the trend changes you go to cash or short if you have more balls than I do. I don't know why you guys can't see the possibility by throwing up a chart. There have been several uptrends followed by sell offs. Can you see any reason this is not tradeable?

There are so many stocks and other investment opportunities I have missed that no too much bothers me. It would have been nice to own a couple hundred bucks worth of six cent bitcoin. As an investor (Years ago) I lived through too many meltdowns to be comfortable with them. The tech wreck was...

Don't you have a tinge of regret that had you sold all or some of your coin when it began to trend down that you would now have the cash to buy a lot more.

I just play long. I'll buy when it makes sense. All you want to see is if a trader can outperform an investor. I'll show you how.
