I don't what you mean by justify? Look at daily chart. It had a blowoff, interim likely, top. Massive profit taking. Broke down below 2 daily bar supports I had, only to close back above one of them. BTW I had a daily TD Sequential13 sell signal on $DXY on 10/7/22, as well as TD SetUp9 Sell...

SPX max pain is 371. It was resistance just after 12:00pm, then became support. Will "they" try to get it back down there to close?

$DXY reversed yesterday's AM short term drop to close up slightly and today is currently up +0.46% and 10yr yield trading near session high 4.282% currently 4.277% so pressure once again for stocks.

I'm with ya. Just think that level might be a stopping point, for a short while. As I posted on another topic eMini traded down below IB yesterday only to close back in by EOD. Today it also traded down below IB but didn't rally and close back in. Bearish sign among many.

Yesterday emini traded down outside the IB but closed back in by day end. Today did the same ... except the closing back in part. Probabilities more down and if we close down, hard or not, to end the week don't think that sets up well for bulls next week.

Simple stop losses of any kind (limit, market, etc) are neither TA or FA, unless they are based on TA or FA factors. Fact.
