When you have depression (horrific negative emotion), most likely your other opened trades are making a very huge loss. I'd flatten the position. Then smash the computer / smash someone (with a rubber hammer) / go exercise ..... Then come back to trade when the emotion is neutral.

When you have negative emotions, chances of earning money is ZERO. So go do anything other than trading. Some people use sledge hammer to smash the computer. Then depression will change into impression right away. Of course, we can do other things beside smashing computer.

big picture - it is on a downtrend since May 2022, ie one year ago (Ukraine war grain shipment thing?). smaller picture - the up force momentum (since 3 May 23) is still strong. If I were a swing/position trader, I wouldn't short it as the boat had left a year ago.
