sorry I did not use the right word : private under state regulations vs private out of reach from state regulations. :) They all receive a subsidy somehow : they are all "charities", aka tax exempts and "donations" attract tax relief for the benefactors.

indeed : it is a practice for many parents to pay as much as they can for private "tutoring" , but the aim is to keep the kids in the public school system. Parents only go private if the kid is a "desperate" case ( face being booted out of the public school system for underpreformance for instance).

Interesting what you say about public schools : in some countries, the best schools are actually public one. The private one are used by families when the kids can't keep up in the public sector, and for the kids who went private can only reintegrate the normal school system - aka public school...

The interesting thing as well was to see a full city of identical 10 bedrooms house riviera-type villas. I was very astonished, as shall we say, these type of villas was normally meant "exclusive". A really different mindset. These were for "normal workers" for many of the nearby plants.

Many people do not understand the deep aspects of trading. May be the dubitative person could make the effort to give it a try for at least 3 years. Then he might gain some new perspective. :)

join a sports club, associations, and all the organizations that interest you. The advantage of trading is you can get to choose who you want to interact with. I have learned the hard way that there are people you absolutely do not want in your environment. :D :D :D
