I think what would be very interesting is to see what exactly do you see in the weekly chart to form an opinion of 'very bullish', TY! I do see what you are waiting on on daily & 240.

A drink to take the edge off...

Sizing up should not be much of an issue as long as risk remains same as before. ImPO his trading capital has to increase x2 for him to increase position size x2, perhaps he is rushing things. One can say that this is a way of trailing your methodology, when your equity goes x2 and then goes...

A drink to take the edge off...

Red Ink, personally I believe that if a person needs to have a drink to place a trade, then he needs to be honest with himself by answering why the need for that 1 drink? Obviously whatever the answer is it ultimately leads to psychological issues. Because money is at stake the OP is asking...

So why would you stop after you get -3 on any 1 trade? Maybe your average position size is too big to cope with losses psychologically? After all the market doesn't care if you are down on 1 trade, if there is another high probability set up that same day you prevent yourself from exploiting it.

If you were to make a comparison between really talented people, no matter what trade, what seems to unite them is how little time they need to get out of a mistake, 0 emotional attachment. Phenomenal ability to recover.

Well I am a piker in comparison, so I fail to understand how you manage to control risk/reward by canceling stops for overnight/weekend long trades. If shit happens then would you just hold or accept the larger than expected loss and move on? Surely that would disbalance your risk/reward. Your...
