    Spot copper now nearing $3 even.... this is BELOW the $7000/metric ton level as mentioned by Goldman. This technically oversold condition does not appear to be ending anytime soon. What could spark some short covering here ? Only great news out of China....or Europe.

    Good stuff Handle...and so true, almost prophetic. I remember a story from years ago about a trader who took a position in wheat and kept doubling his winning position. Ended up with Millions...and barely watched the market.

    See copper for a reference point. All metals are weak because China is not getting stronger. Construction loans are now tough to get over there....and that's killing construction....and thus the demand for steel and copper.
