    I bought 2 Samsung 15" lcds from BBY in Jan. '02. I never did receive the rebates from BBY. Now I avoid BBY and rebates if I can get a similar item for close to the same price (without rebates) elsewhere. I never did understand why companies offer rebates. Why don't they just lower the price!

    Computer randomly freezes

    Yes, jumpers are correct. When it freezes, there is nothing I can do. The cursor freezes...EVERYTHING. The only thing to do is reboot. The Application Log in the event viewer says there's an error in the True Vector Engine. This seems to be the consistent error whenever the system freezes.
