Just curious if anyone might have an idea on the composition of daily market participants. I've heard different numbers from different sources; be it individual traders, trading desks, funds, etc. Would appreciate any info anyone might have regarding NYSE and Nasdaq daily activity.

Can anyone tell me if the trin for the NYSE and NASDAQ which I have on my RT setup is a number which accumulates from all trades as the day goes on, or is calculated at the moment or for a shorter time frame? Thanks

I have an intraday one min chart on my core trading stocks with MACD, RSI, and ADX (most important for me) as the technical indicators I use to verify my trading decisions. The chart tells me the story and the indicators aid in the process.

I use 10,20,40 EMAs with ADX,RSI,MACD on my chart. Wait for combination of MAs crossing plus ADX setup with ADX crossing one DI chasing the second. Works very well. Take a look and good luck.
