That is incorrect. You can trade futures with NinjaTrader and Interactive Brokers. Can you kindly PM me with the name of the person you spoke to so I can make sure that this they have the correct information? Thanks

Said in another way, our unlimited free version allows you to simulate your trades. If you want to place trades in your brokerage account you must purchase a license to unlock this feature.
