cnbc has a report on it every hour it seems and they are a great indicator.

They exchange currency everytime you buy a stock so if you're daytrading you're getting killed on the spread constantly. my acct doesnt. when i make $ in USD then it stays in USD until i decide to convert it to cad$

thats a good idea. plus the cancel fees should be based on a weekly/monthly system not just one day. or ib and the cme should target the api systems who are causing the problems and not everyone cause i sure don't abuse the globex system with constant submit/cancel.
