    Ok check this out.B4 is a stitch that went higher than the BM on top of b3 but than closes below so no BM REV.Notice this does not allow a RTL to be draw.So this is how a RTL can then not be draw for the rest of this sequence.So i believe you can't have a BO T1 in this sequence...

    Today's whole chart. Carryover is in up sequence at a wait after just assigning T1. Notice how the OB on b78 did not receive the "advance one peak" treatment. B77 wait caused a squish.Therefore the OB is considered a XR instead and makes b78 the first measurable bar possible to assign a first...
