Rude, arrogant and offensive staff. Software is not user-friendly and excessively complicated. Software written to be easy to program rather than easy to use. Becoming excessively focused with pairing their exclusive datafeed and routing to their software. Only wants to keep that user base and throw everyone else away.

Fast, reliable and alerts can be heavily customized. Chart books allow you to keep views organized and quickly page through instruments you are following. The best platform for charting I have found after experimenting with many alternatives for several years.
