Hey did you find any solution to the issue .I’m in the same boat as you are as I’m planning to trade from India .

I scalp very fast and hold only for few seconds .I use das trader for level 2 and IB for executions .

So far this is what I have tested

1) use a windows 10 machine on Aws cloud in Virginia and access it via workspaces client
