Marex Black has been down for 5 hours now. Big power outage in London they're telling me. Their trade desk can't cancel any orders you have working in the platform. This really sucks. Anybody have any additional information on this outage and when they'll be back up? Thx.

I understand most corporate fx dealers are compensated with salary plus bonus and the bonus is based on a cut of P&L. Does anybody have an idea what is the typical percentage payout? I'm trying to investigate the competitiveness of a job offer I've been given. Thanks.
