Even though you said that you don't use order presets, to me it sounds like a problem with the order presets. Have you tried setting up the same in your paper trading account?

TradingView has a pretty decent stock screener IMHO, with basically worldwide coverage. IB platforms have one as well (TWS actually two), but I prefer using the TradingView screener. Trade Ideas is IMHO the best of these three, but covers only US and Canadian markets.
