this isnt rocket science. Find your BMR eat 500 calories under that and you'll lose weight. simple as that. Of course exercise, aerobic and anaerobic would help. Also, fork put downs and plate push aways would also help.
Douglas is ok, but I found it extremely dry and very boring. I'd recommend Brett Steenbarger's books. He has about 3 of them now I believe, and each is a good read.
about 113 ticks "slippage", if I had to guess this had to be during the inventory report. CL is fast, but doesnt move 113 ticks in a blink of an eye except during inventory. if you're trading during inventory then you have no reason to be shocked.
It is, nat gas is usually on thursday's. But whenever there is a holiday (Columbus day in this instance) it always gets pushed back one day. So today had nat gas and oil at the same time.
