The eSignal quote for ES was lagging IB's by about 7 seconds for me in the 10:00-11:00 timeframe. They've be in sync since then.

Mamis posts updated sample issues of his two institutional newsletters every two to three months at http://www.mamis.com/letter.html But when these samples are updated, the ones he posts are only a few days old. They are always good reading. The current samples are from 2/29/04 and 03/03/04.

I restored these directories: C:\Jts C:\IBJts C:\Program Files\Java C:\Program Files\Java Web Start just to be sure I covered everything. It's likely that some of this was unnecessary. Perhaps someone can tell us what the minimum is.
