Out at 1128.50 for a cool 25 point gain :D I was beginning to get worried earlier but I hung on knowing that it was just because of market volatility.

Time to find out if I'm the man of steel or not lol. Long at 1103.50. Looking for 25 points. This market is in panic mode but is way oversold.

Well I was looking at it from the perspective that usually when it gets quite overbought on the hourly chart, it retraces at least a little bit. Today it did not.

quite an impressive move. Days like today I guess you can just throw TA out the window because it just doesn't want to stop going up.

Well the reversal I was expecting here isn't quite happening it seems like and is looking more like a stall with a possible continuation to the upside so to be safe I'm going to take the small loss here

Quite overbought on the hourly chart... I just got in a bit too soon but I'm not that worried. I adjusted my stop loss to 1138.25

I'm going short here at 1135.25 I think the run is just about done. Stop at 1137.50 and target is 1134.25

With this slow market, it took a while but I'm finally out.

Going long here at 1131.25 Target is 1133.25 Stop is 1129.

Can someone explain why the trade at 3:45pm didn't work out? I'm just curious as to what technical explanation there might be since there was nothing really bearish that I saw to suggest that it would just flip back lower.

Most likely going long at 3:45 EST for an EOD trade. I'll keep you posted.

Ok I'm not seeing the pop I had hoped for so I'm taking my small profit here at 1121.25

Going long here at 1120.75. Looking for a 2 point gain. Stop is a close on the 15 minute chart at 1118.50 or worse.

I'm going short for a quick scalp if it breaks below 1119.00 On a longer term basis, I'd say the odds favor the longs .

Pekelo, you are quite possibly correct. There has been no volume on the breakout.
