I will aim for being up after one full year then. That is my goal everyday but I understand that I dont know it all, no one does. As far as being "giddy" did you see me jumping out of my seat? I guess thats the trouble with bias while reading intenet posts. Im not all that excited about it...

Hey I just saw this and thought I would let you know I am doing near the same thing. I have an account with $2500 just to learn with. I am doing well so far. I was up $60 in the first 2 days, down $50 a couple days after, but covered my ass and am up $120 in 6 days trading. About 20 bucks a day...
