On there website it says that non-day trading equities accounts must have an initial deposit of $5000. So does that mean that you could deposit that and then take out say $2500 the next week? Thanks!

I made a HFT program and am wondering if I must maintain a minimum account balance of $25,000. I do not have that kind of cash so I wouldn't be able to do that. So is a HFT program subject to the same rules of a day trader?
