I get the same error on both "GC Feb 21" and "GC Apr 21". Have not tested Silver Futures. But Index futures like NQ, ES, YM, RTY are working.. like the oil (CL).

Rui, I have not change anything. Just set up a new paper account (like everybody else) when moving to IBIE.

When I logged in om the paper account this morning. I did get the same error ("Commodity segment does not exist"). Then just before I wrote abowe, I tryed.. and it worked. Without restart or anything. I use the latest IB gateway (but that shuldn´t matter)

Yes, the account IE. Did have just the same issue as you. So its strange that you account not working. I have test ES, YM and 6J so far and its working, like it use to be..

Finally.. my futures on paper account working right now.

Started a chat on IB, and presented my complaint for Futures on paper account. He said: They are solving the problem but it has no priority as it is a paper account. Was about the answer I was expecting but now I have still left my complaint.
