Have cable for years, just goes down if there is a major problem in the area, then almost never goes down, do not remember going down in the last 6 months. DSL goes down very often, needs to login.... cable is always connect. Have comcast and bellsouth.

I have CD-Rs 8 years or older working OK, I never bought that chip ones that has no brand, I always by TDK or Sonny, do not know if that has some to do with it.

I am using Verizon for some days, I am not in NY, I am far from antenas, inside my house, my cell phone just shows 1 bar for reception, the Verizon card still works OK. Is not a cable speed, but I think it is at least 300K.

Right before was easier to read all was on the bottom right, now you need to read across the screen to get 3 numbers.

EL runs on TS platform, EFS on eSignal platform, then if you have eSignal you will not use EL but EFS. Or am I missing something here?

Is not that funny, 5 or more years ago eSignal, BMI, DTN where the less expensive feeds, comparing with Bloomberg, Bridge, Reuters..... Now eSignal is expensive as you now can get free feeds. :)

IB is easier, has a good yahoo group for the API and does not want $99 a month for the SDK.

I see what you mean, well I still go with my 2 x 19 inches for $800 or less, I even do not use the 1280 x 1024, I use 1024 x 768 on each one because of my eyes.
