    While the phrases "managed futures" and "CTA" are basically interchangeable. The word hedge fund implies a traditional Reg-D private placement. In the U.S., Quadriga's products are not referred to as hedge funds, although we do go l/s, charge fees based on performance and use leverage. -Max
