IB stopped updating the "risk test" reports last update was Jun22, but they are still deducting the fees thus, no way in determining why fees were deducted

funny thing, it seems like I'm complaining about this fee on this board but actually, I can live with it :) it reigned me in to be more disciplined and IB is always trying to protect itself from risk, I always like that from IB just be consistent in reporting and deducting this fee

I wasn't clear... but authorization from SEC or OCC or FINRA or whoever has power to regulate IB is basically tacking on their own rule (fee) to their rules

either they stopped to fine tune their "system" or can IB arbitrarily tack on a fees to regulatory Board's rules without authorization?

yea, I tested this out last week shorting some ES options, IB included them in their Stress Test. Looks like IB is throwing everything in their stress test even though there are different margin requirements

Thursday, my equity was roughly 1/3 of the stress test and got hit with a fee Friday, cut down my positions, my equity is a little bit more than 50% of stress test, and no fee shows up on the 'Stress Test Report'

IB runs a 30% stress test, but how much to you need to cover that stress test loss, 100%, 50%, X% to not be hit with a fee?
