I've just come across your article on elitetrader regarding Level 2 data on Interactive Brokers or EquityFeed - and was wondering if you could recommend any Level 2 data feed services to use with Interactive Brokers?
I would like to trade the US Equities markets (mainly) together with Futures (main E-mini SPY) and would like Level 2 data.
I am based in the UK.
