Of the three, only PACT is available to short at MyTrack today. MyTrack clears through Penson and I rarely have trouble finding shortable stocks. When I do, I enter a short request and they contact Penson and find it probably 90% of the time.

Which brokers offer same day or next day credit in IRA/cash accounts. IB is T+3. MyTrack is same day and CyberTrader is next day, but they won't allow the purchase of the same stock (not a problem for me). I believe Fidelity is next day also. Any others?
