IB Support: "Yes, we are aware of this issue and issue is already being escalated to developers.
They are working on it to release a fix."
Regarding time frame:
IB Support: "As of now there is no timeframe available."
IB Support:
"Please be informed that your previous IBUK entity account was closed along with the associated paper trading account. You may request a new paper trading account which should be approved and opened with 24 hours."
